Students can enroll in this interactive leader in training program where the goal is to develop leadership skills that can be utilized to help identify and achieve goals. Students can apply these skills to their personal lives and to a camp environment. Activities may include: * Team building
* Leadership styles
* Setting goals and objectives
* Expectations of a camp program
* Camp group observation and interaction
* Field trips * Due to limited spaces, there is an interview process to be accepted into the program. Interview and acceptance into the program must be done prior to official registration. Candidates should apply in the front office for consideration.
